Store Items
Gift Cards
We can add Digital or Physical Gift Cards to your online store.
Digital Gift Cards
If you offer gift cards from your Point of Sale, Spillover digital gift card purchases can likely be manually input into your system with a reference number. See our guide on
Managing Digital Gift Cards.
*Digital Gift cards will not automatically populate in your POS but require manual management. Your eCom store only serves as a storefront to collect the funds.
Physical Gift Cards
If you offer physical plastic gift cards or gift certificates, Spillover eCommerce store can facilitate the transaction to collect funds. We'll can set up your physical GCs for pickup or mail.
-Pickup: if you want customer to come in to pickup the gift card they purchased.
-Mail: you'll be responsible for mailing the card. Can do a $1 flat fee to cover postage; can offer expedited mail options if desired.
Merchandise
We can add any merchandise items like t-shirts, hats, mugs, or spices, sauces, etc. to your online store! We can flag these items for pickup only, or apply shipping cost through USPS, FedEx, UPS. (see shipping info below).
Please note these considerations:

Item Name, Price, Description, Variants (like size or color, etc) + item photo.
Item Shipping
We'll need full shipping info:
Package Weight, Package Dimensions (height, width, depth)

Food Items
We can add food items to your store for pickup or shipping.
*If you are choosing to ship food items, you are responsible for best practice considerations (airtight seal, appropriate insulation, proper shipping methods like overnight or 2nd day, etc).
We'll need the same item and shipping information noted for merchandise.
Event Tickets
We can add simple event ticket sales to your store. The store primarily serves as a way to collect payment and track number of sales made.
There are no dynamic seating, qr/scan, or special reference for tickets sold. Best practice suggestion is to export the item purchases on event date and cross-reference with name.

Shipping Methods
Flat Rate
We can set up flat rate Percentage or Dollar amount for any items.
Flat rate is suggested for mail items like physical gift cards to cover the cost of postage ($1 flat rate).
USPS
By default, we can calculate USPS shipping rates and pass to customer. This is the suggested (low price) carrier for most items.
Required:
-item weight
-item/package dimensions (height, width, depth)
UPS / FedEx
We can integrate to your UPS and/or FedEx business accounts if this is your preferred shipping method. Keep in mind that these rates are usually higher than USPS for small weight items.
We'll need your business account login to integrate.

Jupico
Jupico is our preferred partner payment gateway.
-If you already use Jupico for Online Orders: only 1 application needed. Your PM can send an invite to agree to terms for eCommerce store gateway.
-If you only use Jupico for eCommerce: your PM can send an application link to get started.
Paypal, Heartland, Authorize.net

State sales tax rate is required for items. (except gift cards).
