Shift4 Delivery - publish to Spillover DSP

Shift4 Delivery - publish to Spillover DSP

Shift4 Delivery

Overview

Restaurants using Shift4 Delivery Management can manage online ordering menus and publish directly to Spillover through the Lighthouse Customer Hub dashboard. The "Delivery Management" tab is a white-labeled version of Stream (lh.shift4.com/delivery).

If "Delivery Management" is not available in your dashboard, we'll submit a Delivery Request form to get started.

Spillover Implementation

LH Customer Hub Login

To support your Shift4 Delivery setup, Spillover will need login access to your Lighthouse account.

Please provide your Spillover Project Manager with login access to Lighthouse: https://lh.shift4.com/sign-in.
This access allows Spillover to assist with setup, troubleshooting, and menu publishing support throughout the implementation process.

Setup Delivery Management

Spillover Implementation

  1. Provide PM with required access to dashboard: https://lh.shift4.com/sign-in
    1. PM will submit request for "Delivery Management" if unavailable in your dash.

Delivery Management

  2. PM will add Spillover Support in account "Members"
  3. PM will publish menus to Spillover DSP
  4. Merchant may publish menus to any other DSPs as needed

  • Shift4 Support should be used as the primary resource for menu management and setup during this process.
  • Spillover may be able to assist with menu management if access to your Lighthouse (LH) dashboard is provided.
  • When you are ready to publish, choose "Spillover" DSP, use dedicated Spillover login credentials provided by your Spillover Project Manager.

Review

Once published, your project manager can provide the Spillover order link for review.
Review the Spillover ordering link/menu carefully.
Test menu categories, modifiers, pricing, and ordering flow.
Coordinate directly with Shift4 for any requested menu changes or cleanup.

Self Managed Implementation

Note: If you choose not to share Lighthouse login credentials with Spillover, you may manage Shift4 Delivery internally.
However, providing Lighthouse access (along with your Merchant ID) is recommended so Spillover can better assist with setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing order support.
If managing internally:
  1. Locate Delivery Management within your Lighthouse dashboard.
  2. If Delivery Management is unavailable, submit a Delivery Request Form through Shift4.
*Justification: Enable Delivery Management in my Customer Hub.
  3. Under Delivery Management, add support@spillover.com as a Member>Admin under account settings.
  4. Select Spillover DSP and publish your menu.

Shift4 Delivery Support:

From Shift4 Support:

Shift4 generally does not set up Delivery Management or the menu on the merchant's behalf. If the merchant requires any assistance with onboarding or setting up the menu, they can always reach out to our Software Support team by calling in or initiating a chat support session in their Customer Hub dashboard.

Shift4 provides dedicated support for all Shift4 Delivery and Online Ordering inquiries through its support line at 1-888-276-2108. Restaurants can call and follow the prompts for Technical Support or Online Ordering to be routed to the appropriate specialists. For ongoing requests and documentation, restaurants may reply directly to existing case threads or submit new inquiries through the Shift4 Support Portal. The portal offers 24/7 live chat support and ticket submission, ensuring requests are automatically tracked and assigned to the appropriate team.
