Spillover Reports

 
Oct 1 2025 Check out the newly revamped Spillover Reports! Understand the success of your digital marketing campaigns at a glance with a consolidated view of website visits, new subscribers, email campaign metrics, social media post metrics, reviews, surveys, online sales, tracking link clicks and QR Code scans.    By default you will receive an automated email with your monthly report on the 1st of every month, read below to learn how to enable/disable automated monthly reporting.

To access the new report simply click on "Reports (NEW)" on the Command Center Navigation




Enabling/Disabling Automated Monthly Reports


Click on the automation settings button on the right. 



Check/Uncheck the monthly and/or weekly checkboxes and click Save.




Manually Generating a Report


Select the period you want to view - this can be 1 month or an aggregate of multiple months.



If you have more than 1 location you can choose to run reports for all locations or individual locations




You can download the report as a PDF





You can email the PDF report



Sample PDF Report

The automated monthly Spillover Report is your "Report Card" for all your Digital Marketing and Online Sales for a defined period. It shows all website visits, new subscribers, email campaigns, surveys, social media posts, reviews, online sales, tracking link clicks and QR Code scans.
