Online Order Settings

General

Location Setup > Online Ordering > General
  1. Assigned iPad: select the device to receive and process orders.
  2. Send Tickets Unassigned: sends with no assigned server; automatically assigns to the first server that opens the check.
Always "Save" your settings after making changes.  


Online Ordering

Location Setup > Online Ordering > Online Ordering
  1. Ticket Prefix: designate a prefix for online order tickets; like WEB, OLO, or SPO.
  2. Auto Close: select this box to automatically close a ticket after it's paid (online).  

Carryout

Location Setup > Online Ordering > Online Ordering > Carryout
  1. Carryout Supported: include Carryout as an order option, and activate the other controls in the Carryout Settings area.
  2. Carryout Active: display and enable controls that customers can use to order items for carryout service.
  3. Carryout Room: associates the orders and sales from carryout orders to a specific room. (Online Orders)
  4. Print Checks Immediately on Received Orders: enable so the POS will print checks for carryout orders immediately upon receiving them from the Online Ordering site.

Delivery

Location Setup > Online Ordering > Online Ordering > Delivery

*If we are sending delivery orders: 
  1. Delivery Supported: check box to ensure the Online Ordering webpage will include Delivery as an order option, and activate the other controls in the Delivery Settings area.
  2. Delivery Active: check so the Online Ordering webpage will display and enable controls that customers can use to order items for delivery service.
  3. Delivery Room: enable and associate with "Online Orders" or other specific order room. 
  4. Print Checks Immediately on Received Orders: the POS will print checks for delivery orders immediately upon receiving them from the Online Ordering site.

Catering

Location Setup > Online Ordering > Online Ordering > Catering
  1. Ticket Prefix: (CATR) designate this prefix for all catering tickets so they're easily identified. 

Rooms

Online Order Room

Location Setup > Rooms > Online Orders

If needed, create rooms for "Online Orders" and "Catering Orders"
