Setting up Spillover Stream integration to SQUARE POS

1. Go to the SPILLOVER STREAM Welcome Page at https://spillover.streamorders.com/welcome and click on Square:

2, Create your Spillover Stream account by entering your Name and email and creating a password; then search for your location in the "Business Name" dropdown and choose from the options that populate here.  

3. Click Connect POS

NOTE: This option should automatically appear after creating your account. If it does not appear simply refresh the page


3. Select Square


4. Click Connect POS

5. Sign into your Square Account
6. Click on Allow

NOTE: This will grant permission to read your menu and send orders to your POS

7. Select Any/All locations from Square you want to connect

8. Click Continue after making your selection
9. You have successfully connected your Square locations


Settings to check if Online Order doesn't print


1. Go to Device Management

 


2. Go to Printer Profiles


3, Check that Online Orders are included in the Printer Profile for the printer you want the tickets to print on.  If it's missing then click on printer name.


4. Click on Edit

5. Toggle ON "Online Order Tickets" and check "Automatically Print new orders".  Click Save.
