The holiday season is the perfect time to offer special menus, limited-time items, or festive packages through your Spillover eCommerce solution. We’re here to make sure your setup runs smoothly and your guests can easily place holiday orders.

What We’ll Need From You

To set up your holiday menu, please provide the following information for each item:

  • Item Name (what your guests will see online)

  • Item Description (any details, ingredients, or special notes; we suggest including a serving size in the item description.)

  • Any Modifiers? (choices like size, toppings, sides, etc)

  • Price (per item, per size choice, or per package)

  • Availability Dates (when the item should appear and when it should be removed)

  • Pickup Dates (what days and times would you like to offer for pickup)

  • Photos (optional but highly recommended for best sales impact)

  • Order Restrictions (minimums, maximums, or required lead time)

Best Practices

  • Use clear, festive item names that highlight the holiday appeal.

  • Set up your menu early to give customers plenty of time to plan.

  • Include attractive photos to help drive more orders.

  • Clearly communicate pickup/delivery dates, times, locations, and order deadlines

Everything you need for a perfect Thanksgiving table, without the stress! Includes:
  1. Oven-Roasted Turkey — tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection (size: Large: 12-14lbs, serves 10-12; Regular: 10-12lbs, serves 8-10ppl).
  2. One Classic Side — choose from like Homestyle Dressing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, or Mac & Cheese.
  3. One Dessert — your choice of Whole Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, or Apple Pie.
Pickup: Select your preferred pickup date and time at checkout. Orders are available for pickup Weds or Thurs between 1 and 3pm.

Choose pickup date and time, and note whether you'd prefer your order ready hot or cold.

(1 Pint) – Savory turkey gravy. Serves 6–8

(Whole) – Classic apple pie in flaky crust. 

Holiday Menu FAQ

Can I add holiday menus to my existing Spillover eCommerce Store?
Yes — we can either create a separate “Holiday Menu” section or integrate items directly into your existing menu categories.

What if I need to update pricing or availability later?
No problem! Users can edit products in ENGAGE > eCommerce > Products.
Or you can just email us at support@spillover.com, and we’ll make updates for you.

Can holiday menus have order deadlines?
Absolutely. If you need to close orders by a certain date or have a specific date or times range for pickup, we can set that up.

Do I need to provide photos?
Not required, but strongly recommended. Photos help your holiday items stand out and typically boost sales.

What if I only want my holiday menu online for a short time?
We can set specific start and end dates so items automatically appear and disappear on schedule. We suggest getting the store ready and live asap so you can start promoting and getting orders in early!

What if I don't have a Spillover eCommerce Store already set up?
No problem, we can add one to your website for you.  A Spillover eCommerce Store license is included in most of our product bundles, if you contact support we can check for you. If it is your first time adding an eCommerce Store and you don't already have Spillover Online Ordering then you will need to complete an application for a Jupico Payment Gateway to process online payments. The application only takes a few minutes.
