For integrations between Heartland POS to Spillover Online Ordering, here are the steps to make item adjustments and sync to the Spillover menu:
1. Log into Heartland POS:
2. Find Item:
-Locate the menu or items you'd like to edit from "Account Menu" > Items
-Search/Select the item:
3. Item Availability:
Inside the item setup, choose: "Allow this item to be seen by customers online." (if you want it to display on orders); or uncheck this box if you do not want the item to display on your online orders menu.
*Make sure the item is assigned to the correct "Sections" that correspond with your online order categories.
Click "Save"
4. Publish Changes
-click the icon in top right of your Heartland dash
5. Sync Menu
-Log into ENGAGE, go to Online Ordering
-In your Order admin, go to
Settings > Locations (choose location) > Integrations > Heartland Resto > Click "Sync Menu Now" and Save
