ReEngage - Automated email campaigns with discount coupons
Re-Engage is a simple way to automatically send discount coupons to customers who have not ordered in a while. It generates coupons that are customer-specific to encourage them to come back and place an order again.
How to Create a Re-Engage Campaign
In the Online Ordering Admin go to Marketing->Re-Engage
A list of any existing Campaigns will display showing % discount, start and end date, number of coupons sent/used. Click on 'Add New' button to start a new campaign.
Fill in the following fields:
- Campaign Name: Give your campaign a descriptive name
- Start and End Dates - You can set this for as short period as 1 week if you only want to run the campaign once or you could make it months long if you would like to have an automated weekly campaign.
- Choose day of week to send OR you can choose to Run Immediately
- If you have multiple locations you can create discount coupons that are location-specific or you can choose to accept the coupon at all locations.
- Choose how many time the same customer can use the discount coupon. Typcially this will be 1
- You can choose to disable all unused coupons for a customer whenever a new coupon is generated. This is useful for longer campaigns that run weekly and may send new discount coupons to the same lapsed customers.
- Setup the trigger Condition. e.g. If a Customer Has Not Ordered in X Days/Weeks/Months...e.g. 45 Days
- Set the Coupon Discount (5%, 10% etc), Most common is 10%
- Set how long the coupon will be valid for. e.g. X days/weeks/months. Typically this will be 1 week to encourage a customer to use immediately. The email will state the validity period.

Example of Email Sent to Customers
The email that gets sent to customers will have your logo, will show the % discount and include a coupon that is unique to that customer. The email will also state how long the coupon is valid for. The customer must be logged in with that email address to use the coupon. The Coupon can be copied and added to the coupon field at the Checkout.
How to View Status of Campaigns
The Campaign Tab shows a summary of all Campaigns that have been created.
If you click on the Coupons Tab and select the Campaign from the drop down list you can view all the Coupons that have been sent and see which ones have been used. Unused Expired Coupons will be automatically deleted.
