How to Turn On/Off Automated Email Messages

Managing Default Automated Messages : 

Log into Engage, then click on the "Automation" Tab under "Engagement".   
  

Edit Default Automated Messages

-Find the "Edit" button for the message you wish to change (the Edit button looks like a pencil/paper icon):


-Edit or Add conditions: 

-Edit Message Settings: 
  1. Campaign Name, Location
  2. Email Title, Reply address, Email Subject, Preview Text
  3. Scheduled Day, Time, Frequency
    ...etc

Turn on/off Automated Messages

-Find the message you wish to activate/deactivate. Messages can be turned on/off by toggling the "active" button on the Automation homepage
