DIME = Dynamic Intelligent Marketing Engine

As part of our automated email marketing solution, we have 18 default email messages ready to use in your Engage Solution.
- Automated Messages are an incredibly easy way to keep your customers engaged via email marketing campaigns with call-to-action back to your website, promoting pages like your online menus, online ordering, eCommerce Store, events, catering, and more! These messages can be customized to showcase everything your brand has to offer, all in a "set and forget" campaign.
- Intelligent Messages enable restaurants stay in touch with customers based off real-time purchase and behavioral data from your eCommerce Store and Online Ordering purchases.

The Automated Messages will be toggled OFF until you or your project manager turns them on.  A small amount of configuration may be required before turning one on, so please reach out to support@spillover.com if you have any questions.


Default Automated Messages 

Built to interact with your subscribers based on their joining date, our automated messages let you "set and forget" continuous promotional marketing and personalized messaging. 

  1. "Drip Marketing Campaign" (1-7) 
    Our Drip Marketing Campaign is built to engage your customer database with at least one message per month, based on a number of conditions. These simple emails direct traffic back to your website with short prompts, like "View our Menu" or "Check out our Online Ordering," guaranteeing at least one message per month to customers who haven't received any other communications. As new subscribers are added to your database from website forms, online orders, eCommerce Store, Guest WIFI or other Spillover solutions, the Drip Campaign will start within the week -- the first message is triggered in the sequence, and each subsequent message is set to send at least 30 days later. Once the sequence is finished with all active messages, the Drip Campaign will start over. 
  2. "Guest WIFI" 
    Sent to subscribers from your restaurant guest WIFI, this message thanks the customer for coming to your restaurant and prompts the guest to review their experience. 
  3. "Mailing List" messages (1-3)
    These automatically interact with Mailing List subscribers from your site, sending a welcome message for joining along with celebratory dine-in offers to correspond with subscriber birthdays and/or anniversaries. 
  4. "My Reviews" 
    Sent to subscribers who submitted a 4 or 5 star review on your branded MyReviews module and prompts the happy customer to follow your social media pages. 


Default Automated Intelligent Messages 

Designed to engage with purchases (Online Ordering, eCommerce Store) based on frequency and customer purchasing behavior. 

  1. "eCommerce Store" (1-2) 
    -Thanks for your first order: sends after a customer's first purchase and offers a subsequent 10% off the next order in the Online Store. 
    -Gift Card 1 year reminder: triggered one year after the customer purchased a gift card, this message prompts the customer to make another purchase if the special event has come round again. 
  2. "Online Ordering" (1-4)
    -Thanks for your first Order: includes thank you message and satisfaction survey
    -Thanks for your second Order: sent to 2nd order customers with 10% code next order
    -Defector Promotion, Low Value: last online order was 45+ days ago, <$35: 10% off code
    -Defector Promotion, High Value: last online order was 45+ days ago, >$35: 15% off code




Customizing & Branding your Automated Messages

Conditions
  1. Default conditions are already set for Automated messages based on average preference (i.e. “customer has not received an email in 10 days,” or “customer has not received this email in 180 days,” etc.)
  2. If you decide to further customize the send conditions for these emails, there are more than 30 conditions to choose from based on email frequency, location, buying habits, and more. 

Message Settings

  1. Default message settings are in place for Automated messages based on average preference (email name, email subject, start time/day, etc), all of which can be changed/customized to fit your messaging needs.


Email Editor

  1. Header images in the DIME messages are 600w x 200h.
    These are easily replaced by similarly sized image headers (keep in mind that 600 pixels is recommended width).
    **Note that "height" and "width" fields can remain blank in order to perfectly auto-fit the image. 

  2. Button links in the DIME messages are easily updated using the “Insert/Edit Link” icon
  3. Copy and messaging can be easily edited to suit your branding
