There are multiple ways to enable/disable your online ordering to temporarily pause orders.
1. SpillOrder App
The simplest way to enable/disable orders is via the iPad App. Use the toggle on the top right of the screen to pause orders any time. Just remember, you'll need to turn this back to "ENABLED" to get orders back online.
2. ENGAGE Order Admin
The other option is via the Order Admin Dashboard in ENGAGE, which can be accessed via web browser on mobile device.
Log into ENGAGE, click "Online Ordering" then use the toggle at top right of screen.
3. Stream Dashboard (if using Stream integration)
If you're using the Stream integration with your Point of Sale, locate the "Pause Menu" feature on your Stream Dashboard to enable/disable across various DSPs.
Log into ENGAGE, click "Online Ordering" > Settings > Integrations > Log into Stream; Or use the Stream login provided by your PM.
From here, click "Pause Menu" and choose which DSPs you would like to pause (any or all).
