Setting Holiday Hours in your Spillover Online Ordering Solution

1. Log in to your Engage Account and go to Online Ordering.  (How to access your Engage Account )

2. Click on the online order button on the left navigation panel.



2. Go to Settings-> Ordering->Custom Hours in the Online Ordering Admin.  Click Add to start entering holiday hours for the year ahead.

Note: If you have more than 1 location, select the location you want to update from the Locations Drop Down List.






Select the dates and  choose either "Close All Day" or enter custom hours.  




Or select a time range you are closed...e.g. closing early on a holiday  






3. Click Add after each custom date you are setting up.  You will see the holidays listed on the screen beneath.  Holidays Hours are for a specific date (mm/dd/yyyy) and override the default opening hours.  So if you set that you are closed on certain dates the system will automatically close your store on that date without you having to manually close and reopen it.
