Installing the OrderGuru iPad App for Managing Orders
1. Download OrderGuru from the Apple App Store.
Designed for iPad only, Requires iPadOS 12.4 or later.
*iPad Settings Note:
1. Make sure you disable Auto Lock in the iPad Settings.
The sound notification will not work if the iPad goes into sleep mode.
To disable Auto Lock go to Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Auto-Lock = Never
2. Turn on Auto Updates in App Store
2. Enter the Username & Password for your iPad location
You can request your username and password from Spillover Support (support@spillover.com) or see below for instructions on how to find it in the web admin.
3. Where to find your iPad App Username and Password in your Web Admin
Navigate to your Location Settings. (Settings>Locations and then click on Location Name)
You will find the iPad App Username and Password at the bottom of the General Settings page.
