Accessing and Setting up your Inhouse Delivery (IHD) Account for Delivery Tracking

Step 1: Log In to your Inhouse Delivery account and add your Mobile Number

IHD is accessed via :  app.inhousedelivery.com

Log-in using the e-mail address and password given to you by Spillover. (choose login via email for your 1st login).

Once you have logged in, click on profile icon top right and then click on 'My Profile'.  

Enter your Mobile Phone Number (this will be used to access the app on your phone).

Step 2: Enter your billing information

Click on profile icon and then select Billing.  

Click on "Add" to add new payment info.

Enter Billing Name and Address and desired payment method. IHD supports both ACH direct debit and credit card billing. 

Note: If you are unable to verify your bank online, IHD can manually set up your ACH direct debit but you will need to add credit card info in the app as a backup billing method. 

You will not be charged anything when you click the Submit button. Your account will only be debited after you start making deliveries using IHD. IHD bills on a daily basis.

Step 3: Dispatch Settings  

Click on Cogwheel top right. Then click on Dispatch

Toggle on "Auto Dispatch" when ready to start taking delivery orders.

You can also add a note that can be sent to drivers (optional).

Note:  Drivers will be sent a time to come pickup the order.  This will be the Order Time + Delivery Ready Time that you set in your Spillover Online Ordering or Order Guru App.

Step 4:  Set up Notifications (optional)

Click on Cogwheel (top right) and click on Alerts & Notifications.

Step 5:  Add Managers 

Step 6:  Tracking deliveries via Web App

Click on Live Map or Orders to view status of deliveries.  More Info: Managing Deliveries via IHD 

Step 7: (Optional) Download the Inhouse Delivery mobile app for additional method to track deliveries and receive notifications.

You can also keep an eye on orders via for the Inhouse Delivery mobile app. To download the mobile apps, follow the links below based on your device (iphone, ipad, android).  (Make sure you add your mobile phone number first to your Account - see step 1).
