How to Reassign an Order to a different DSP Network
Sometimes it may make sense to reassign a delivery to a different DSP Network. This is more likely to be required for Deliveries that are scheduled well ahead of the requested delivery time. A network will accept the Delivery Request at the time it is created but does not assign a driver until closer to the actual delivery time. Occasionally the network's drivers will all be busy at the actual delivery time, so driver assignment is delayed. If this occurs then you have the option to reassign the delivery to another network who may have more available drivers.
How to Cancel a Delivery
You can cancel a delivery without penalty if a Driver has not been assigned. If a driver has already been assigned and is en-route then a delivery fee will still be charged.
How to Redispatch a Delivery (to the same DSP Network)
Re-dispatching a Delivery sends the delivery request back to the same DSP network who accepted the initial delivery request. Reasons you may choose to redispatch include :
1. You need to change the delivery time or details (for a scheduled delivery).
2. The assigned driver canceled so the delivery needs to go back into the queue for re-dispatch.
(Note : If a driver is delayed, but has already been assigned and is en-route, it does not make sense to re-dispatch the order as it will just send the request back to the same network and delay the delivery even further. And a fee will be charged for the canceled delivery request as a driver had already been assigned).
How to Request a Refund
If there is an issue with a delivery you can request a refund for the whole order or for just the delivery charges. A reason must be provided along with the refund request.
