Create Popup Messages inside Online Ordering

Creating simple Text Popup Messages inside Online Ordering is simple to do and can be used to promote specials and coupons or can be used to provide guidance.

Creating a Popup message

Inside the Online Ordering Admin go to Marketing->Custom Alerts

Choose where you would like the Popup Message to Display :
  1. Home Page - A homepage popup appears as soon as a customer launches your online ordering - before they even select either pickup/delivery/catering method. These can be used for larger notifications or disclaimers that impact all potential customers. 
  2. Category Page - Category popups appear once a customer is actually in the online ordering menu. They are a great way to promote specials and discounts or highlight new dishes. 
  3. Checkout Page - These popups appear when a customer checks out. They are useful for comments about ordering, such as pickup directions or requests.
  4. Catering- These  popups display on the Catering Menu page (after you select the headcount and pickup/delivery time).
Give the Popup a Title and enter the text and then Toggle it On to display!
