Step 2. After the Kickoff Call (and once we receive sufficient information to move forward), the Onboarding Manager will move your Onboarding Project to Design Stage. Our Design Team will build and customize your website based on your brand and requirements and configure your internet marketing solutions/services. Your Onboarding Manager will keep you updated on a timeline during this stage. On average your project will be about ~2 weeks in the design stage.
Step 3. As soon as it's ready, your Onboarding Manager will send you a Prototype of your website for Review and will manage any change requests for updates or additions.
Step 4. Once you have confirmed you are happy, we will Launch your website and internet marketing solution(s) to a live environment.
Step 5. Once live, your Onboarding Manager will send a "Live" Email Notification with logins to Engage, training resources, Spillover support contact information, and any other relevant info for your range of solutions. We will also plan to schedule an Initial Training Session to review your Engage Dashboard and review Support and Training.
- Once live, you'll have full support from Spillover Support for any updates or issues, 7 days a week.
- At this stage, if any products in the package/bundle you purchased are still pending launch, your Onboarding Manager will send an updated checklist of any pending items.
- IF you have purchased our Concierge Internet Marketing Services, you will be introduced to your new Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist in the Live Email.
- Initial Training Session will cover Engage walkthrough training for your specific range of solutions. We also offer weekly product training workshops along with webinars for more in-depth, extended learning. Weekly Product Training
- We also have a Knowledge Base with lots of Getting Started Guides and other product training materials.
Step 6. At your earliest convenience, complete the Initial Product Training Session with your Onboarding Manager, and, if you have purchased our Concierge Internet Marketing Services, schedule a day/time (if not in the initial training session) to have a "Intro Call" with your new Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist, where they will review the service and get started with your first month's marketing campaigns.
