Spillover Activation Process

Step 1. You will receive an Activation Email with a link to an Onboarding Form and an introduction to your Project Manager. 
  1. The Onboarding Form collects all the information needed to complete your activation [e.g. your choice of Design Template, Design Notes, Menus, Logo, decisions on other options).  
  2. Your Project Manager will be your primary contact for the duration of the Activation. 

Step 2.  Your Sales Rep will schedule an Activation Kickoff Call with your Project Manager to discuss any questions about the Onboarding Form and any specific requirements you have. 

Step 3. Once we receive your completed Onboarding Form your Activation will move to our Design Team who will Tailor and Configure your solutions based on your brand and requirements.

Step 4. Your Project Manager will send you a Prototype for Your Review and will manage any change requests you have.

Step 5. Once you have confirmed you are happy we will Take Live your solutions and your Project Manager will provide Initial Training  and links to additional Training Videos, Guides & Recorded Webinars.  

Step 6. Your Project Manager will schedule an Activation Completion Call when all solutions and services have been fully activated and make sure you know how to contact our Support Team who will be available 24x7 to handle any issues, update requests or questions you may have after the Activation is complete.    IF you have purchased our Concierge Internet Marketing Services, you will be introduced to your new Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist on the Activation Completion Call.
