How to Export your Toast Guest List and import it into your Engage Subscriber DB

It's easy to export your Guest data (name, phone number, email address, etc.) from your Toast system. Follow these steps to get going!

1. From your Toast desktop, select the "Marketing" tab



2. Click on "Guestbook" and then, "Guest Export"


3. Select the "download list" button.  Toast will email you a link to a unique download URL to kick off the data download as a CSV file. Select Agree and continue to complete your download.

 
 
4. You can send the csv file to support@spillover.com to upload to your Engage Subscriber DB or you can upload yourself How to upload an external Email List
