How to add your Twitter, Facebook, Instagram accounts to Senalysis - to view and manage your posts

Finding the "Add Accounts" section in Senalysis

Log in to your Engage Command Center and click on the social media icon shown below on the left panel to access Senalysis

Click on "Accounts" on the left Navigation in  Senalysis and then click on the "Add Account" button

Select the social media account type you wish to add.

Make sure your browser is set to allow popups

Connecting Twitter 

Select Twitter icon on the 'Add Account" modal and a popup login screen will appear where you should enter your twitter account username and password.  Click Authorize App. 

After you have logged in you may see that the newly added Twitter account displays on the  "Added Accounts" popup. Click on the Add button to complete adding your account.

A green check mark will display next to the Twitter account if successfully connected. 

Connecting Facebook 

Select Facebook icon on the 'Add Account" modal and a popup login screen will appear where you should enter your Facebook account username and password.  Click "Log In" and accept all the default permissions.  

         

After you have logged in you will see that the newly added FB account displays on the  "Added Accounts" popup.  Click on the Add button to complete adding the account.

  

A green check mark will display next to the Facebook account if successfully connected. 

Connecting Instagram 

Make sure to Connect your Facebook Business Page and Instagram Account in the Facebook Admin first as you will connect Instagram using your FB login.  

Select Instagram icon on the 'Add Account" modal. 

Senalysis should recognize that you already logged in via Facebook and ask if you want to use the same account.  Click 'Continue as <your FB User Name>'

 After you have logged in you may see that the newly added IG account displays on the  "Added Accounts" popup. If it does, click on the Add button to complete adding your account.

 A green check mark will display next to the Instagram account if successfully connected.
