Claiming and verifying your Yelp Business Page
1. Search for your business page on https://www.yelp.com/ to check if it is Claimed or Unclaimed. Look for the blue check mark "Claimed" by the business name.
2. Instructions to Claim your Yelp Business page
- Click "Unclaimed" on the business page to start your free listing
- Enter your business email and contact details including business phone
- Claim the page by email or phone confirmation
- Go to https://biz.yelp.com/
- Click "Manage my free listing"
- Enter the business Zip and Name (if you have a Yelp page, type in the name and wait for the business listing to propagate).
- Enter your email and contact details
- Claim the page by email or phone confirmation
OR if you have just forgotten your password
- Go to https://biz.yelp.com/
- Choose “reset my password”
3. Instructions on how to create a new business listing
- Go to https://biz.yelp.com/
- Click "Manage my free listing"
- Enter the business Zip and Name (if you have a Yelp page, typing in the business name will populate the business info, if you don't have a page adding a name here will create a new listing)
- Add business details : category, phone, website, address and your email address
- Claim the page by email or phone confirmation
4. Instructions on how to reclaim a business that has already been claimed.
- Go to https://www.yelp.com/support/contact/business_claim?src_article_id=000005375
- Submit a request to Yelp, providing all requested info. (Name, Business Email, explanation of case, personal email)
