Using Post Templates for Social Media Posts

Post Templates give you the ability to create and schedule a campaign based on your chosen theme, such as online ordering or catering.

Using Post Templates as Ad-Hoc Posts

1. Select 'Ad-Hoc' on the left Navigation in Senalysis and then select 'Create New'

2. Select 'Import Template'

3. Select a Category

4. Select the Post or Posts you'd like to use

Notes
You can select multiple posts from different categories

5. Select 'Next'

6. Choose your Post Date and Time

Notes
You can leave the date/time blank for now, and schedule later if needed

7. Select 'Save'

8. Select 'Edit Post Content' to make changes to the Template


Using Post Templates in a New Campaign

1. Select 'Campaigns' and 'New Campaign'

2. Name your Campaign and select 'Create'

3. Select 'Import Template'

4. Follow steps 3 - 9
