Turn on auto-dispatch in your IHD account

When you're ready to have Inhouse Delivery start auto-dispatching orders, you simply need to switch it 'ON'. Spillover can also do this on our behalf.

You can do this by navigating to the Settings,

Click on the pencil icon beside the Dispatch mode setting.

Toggling it 'on' means that Inhouse Delivery will automatically dispatch orders for deliveries. You will be able to view and manage these deliveries via the dashboard.

If the Dispatch mode setting remains off, you will need to manually dispatch orders if you wish them to be delivered.
