Setting up Google Analytics and linking to your Spillover website via the Command Center

Create your Google Analytics Account

Go to analytics.google.com and follow the prompts.














Create a Datastream for your website

Click on web as your data source and then enter your website URL and give your data stream a name.

Note: you do not need to add the Tags to your website pages, This will automatically be done when the integration is set up in the next step.





 Set up Google Analytics Integration in ENGAGE to add tags to your Spillover Website


Get your Property ID and Measurement ID 

Go to Property Settings and copy the ID


Go to Data Streams and click on the Stream more info arrow. Then copy the Measurement ID.






You can either set up the integration yourself or send the Property ID and Measurement ID to support@spillover.com to set it up for you. 

To set it up yourself follow these steps.

1. Login to ENGAGE and select "Locations" on navigation.  Located at the bottom in Settings.

2. Click the "Manage Location: button

3. Choose "Google Analytics" in the Integrations dropdown box.

4. Enter the Measurement ID and Property ID and click save.
