Accessing AI Automations
Click On AI Automations on Command Center Navigation
Setting up a new Automated Social Media Post
Click on Automations Tab and click to Add a new Automated Post
Configure main settings (Name, Location, Approver, Auto-Approval settings). Toggle ON when ready.
Toggling between Posts & Stories

View Pending Approvals in the Command Center.
Click the Approvals Tab and apply the Automated Posts Filter
Expand Post to view Caption & Images. You can view the Caption on each platform and Approve, Edit or Reject the Post.
You can independently edit the caption on each platform.
Approval Emails
You can Approve, Edit Caption or Reject Posts
