Online Ordering Printer Setup (Star TSP 100IV Ethernet Receipt Printer)

Connect to power and load paper

STEP 1. Connect the included power cable to the inlet on the back side of the printer (1). Connect the plug of the power cable to the outlet (2).

Please note - your printer will be shipped with a roll already installed.

STEP 2. To install a paper roll into the printer, you will start by pushing the cover opening lever (1) and then opening the printer cover (2)

STEP 3. Insert a paper roll in the direction show in the illustration (3). Pull the end of the paper out straight (4), and push down both sides of the printer cover to close (5). 




Connect an Ethernet cable

1. Connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the printer. The LAN port is on the back of the printer close to the power plug. 
2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an available port in your network switch or router.

System Printout

To do a system print out, the printer needs to be off, then hold the feed button (located on the front of the printer) and then press the power switch to on. You should keep holding the feed button down until the system config starts to print.

The system printout will confirm if the printer is connected to the internet.
