Connect to power and load paper
STEP 1. Remove the rear cover by inserting your fingernails or a flat object into the clearances as shown below. Pull out each side one by one.
STEP 2. With the rear cover removed, connect the power cord and AC adapter to the DC 24V port.
Please note - your printer will be shipped with a roll already installed.
STEP 3. Turn on the printer, open the front cover, and load paper as shown:
STEP 4. Close the front cover. The printer automatically cuts any excess paper from the roll.
Connect an Ethernet cable
You will need to start by removing the back cover if it currently in place, please see the image above for removing the back cover.
1. Connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the printer.
2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an available port in your network switch or router.
System Printout
There are only two buttons on the front of the printer, one is for the power and the other one feeds out the receipt.
To do a system print out, the printer needs to be off, then hold the feed button and then press the power button. You should keep holding the feed button down until the system config starts to print.
The system printout will confirm if the printer is connected to the internet.
