Installing the iPad App for Managing Orders

1. Download OrderGuru Pro from the Apple App Store.

Designed for iPad only, Requires iPadOS 12.4 or later.

*iPad Settings Note: Make sure you disable Auto Lock in the iPad Settings. 
The sound notification will not work if the iPad goes into sleep mode. 
To disable Auto Lock go to Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Auto-Lock = Never


2. Enter your Admin Username & Password.






*Note:
For older versions of the Online Order platform, you will download the Order Boss App and login with Username, Password, and Business ID.
