Accessing and Setting up your Inhouse Delivery (IHD) Account

Step 1: Log In to your Inhouse Delivery account

IHD is accessed via the SocialSchedules app at https://app.socialschedules.com/.

Log-in using the e-mail address and password given to you by Spillover. Once you have logged in, click on Delivery orders in the top menu.

This is where you'll see incoming orders from Spillover's Online Ordering.


Step 2: Enter your billing information

Enter your billing information.

To find this, click on your Company Name in the top left hand corner of the main menu. You'll see the option for Billing & Payments on the far right hand side, under General.


Click + Add billing details under Billing and Payments

Enter your billing name and address.

Finally, choose your desired payment method. IHD supports both ACH direct debit and credit card billing. 

Note: If you are unable to verify your bank online, IHD can manually set up your ACH direct debit but you will need to add credit card info in the app as a back billing method. 

You will not be charged anything when you click the Submit button. Your account will only be debited after you start making deliveries using IHD. IHD bills on a daily basis.


Step 3: Add default Driver Note and other settings  (OPTIONAL)



Step 4: Start auto-dispatching orders

When you're ready to have Inhouse Delivery start auto-dispatching orders, you simply need to switch it 'on'. Spillover can also do this on our behalf.

Step 5: Download the Inhouse Delivery mobile app

You can also keep an eye on orders via for the Inhouse Delivery mobile app. To download the mobile apps, follow the links below based on your device (iphone, ipad, android).
