Grant Spillover Full Control Access to Your Facebook Page

Grant Page Access

If you’ve purchased Spillover Managed Services, and cannot access your Business Portfolio, please follow the steps below to grant access to the Facebook Page:
  1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to your Business Page. You may be prompted to switch into the Page to access all settings.


  2. From your Page, go to Settings in the left navigation.
  3. Select Page Setup
  4. Click Page Access
  5. Under People with Facebook Access, click Add New
  6. Click Next, then search for: Andrew Spills; Select the profile with the Spillover logo:

  7. Toggle Full Control ON

  8. Click Give Access and confirm your password if prompted

Once completed, you’ll see Andrew Spills listed with a pending invitation. Spillover will accept and finalize the connection.


Important Notes

- This method uses Facebook’s direct Page Access permissions. However, Meta is actively shifting toward Business Portfolio (Business Manager) as the primary way to manage and share assets. We expect the Page Access type to be phased out over time, with future access managed exclusively through Business Portfolio. If your business already operates within Business Portfolio, please grant access there instead.

- In the same settings, under "Page Access," you can see the affiliated portfolio. You may check around with other page managers to find who might have access to the Business Portfolio. 

- With Page Access permissions only, Spillover can connect Instagram only if it’s already linked to your Facebook Page; you can verify this under Settings → Linked Accounts—if connected and verified, we’ll be able to connect both Facebook and Instagram in Spillover (note: new IG connections must be made via Business Portfolio).
