Granting Spillover Delegate access to your GoDaddy Account

ASSIGN DELEGATE ACCESS

Bypass login access by assigning Spillover as a delegate to your GoDaddy account to manage domain records.

1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and click the account icon in the upper right. In the dropdown box, select Account Settings.

2. From Account Settings menu, click "Delegate Access."

3. Under "People who can access my account" choose "Invite to Access"

4. Add delegate info -
Name: Spillover
Choose "Domains Only" and click "Invite"

ADJUSTING ACCESS FOR ONE DOMAIN

If there are multiple domains in your GoDaddy account, and you'd like to allow Spillover access to just one, follow these steps to create a new folder and adjust folder settings for "All Domains" folder and "New Folder."

1. After Spillover accepts delegate access, go to your GoDaddy Domain Portfolio.

Remove Spillover Delegate Access for All Domains
2. Click "Folders," then "All Domains," and "Edit Folder"

3. Toggle off "Management Access" and "Transfer Access" to Spillover for the All Domains folder.
Click "Save"

Create a New Folder
4. Go back to "Folders," click "+New Folder" and create a new folder name for your 1 domain. Toggle on "Management Access" for Spillover under this new folder.

Add domain to the New Folder
5. From your domain portfolio, click the checkbox to the left of the domain name, choose "Add to Folder"

6. Choose the + next to New Folder.

Spillover now has delegate access to the one domain inside the new folder, and no longer has access to "All Domains" folder.
