By default Review Notifications are enabled when your User Account is created.  To disable notifications simply log into your Command Center Dashboard and go to Website->Featured Reviews .

Click on MyReviews Settings on top right.

Toggle off to disable Review Notifications and click save.

You can toggle back on if you decide in the future you want to enable notifications again.
