Engage Management Dashboard Overview

Your Dashboard includes a number of widgets that give you a snapshot of all your Online Sales and Digital Marketing Activity.

1. Website Widget 

Shows visitors to your website this month and trend over time.  You can view your website by clicking the Globe icon
And you can view more detailed Analytics by clicking the 



2. Campaign Calendar 

Shows upcoming Email and Social Media Campaigns and events for next 3 days.  To view the full calendar click the 


3. Subscribers

Shows Total Number of Subscribers in your Engage Database and new ones this month.  If you toggle on this Widget you can see the source of these subscribers.
 

4. Email Campaigns 

Shows the two most recent Automated Email Blasts and Custom Email Campaigns and how they are performing.  To create a new Email Campaign click   and to access the  Email Campaign Manager click the 



5. Social Media 

Shows the number of Followers across your social media channels.  You can Toggle on each tile to view the Post Activity over the past 30 days.  Click on to access the Social Media Management Tool, Senalysis.



6.  Surveys

Shows active surveys and number of responses.  Click on to access the Survey Management Tool


7. Reviews 

Shows a summary of reviews across Google, Yelp and Spillover Reviews.  Information shown :  total number and number received in past 30 days, average rating across all reviews and and percentage that are positive (5 & 4), Neutral (3) and Negative (1 & 2).  Click on to access the Social Media Management Tool, Senalysis, where you can view a more detailed Review report and respond to reviews.


8. eCommerce Store

Shows Total Sales and YTD Sales and unprocessed orders i.e. orders that have not been marked as "shipped".  Click on to access the eCommerce Store Admin.


9. Online Ordering

Shows the number of orders, new customers and revenue collected in current month.



10. CRM

The CRM widget shows you the sales leads collected from your Website Forms (e.g. Catering Enquiries) and if you use the CRM tool to manage these opportunities it will show the value and any overdue tasks related to them.


11. Tracking Links
Shows the number of trackable Short Links and QR Codes that have been created and how many views each has had.  Trackable Short Links are used primarily in Social Media Posts and QR Codes are used primarily in print media...e.g. Flyers / Table Tents.
